“My initial motivation to see a Personal Trainer was to get in shape for my wedding.  I wanted to get the most out of every work out leading up to the big day, so that’s when I teamed up with Carlie.  Training with Carlie was a lot of hard work but also a lot of fun, and I was really impressed with the results I got.  I can honestly say that I was in the best shape I’d ever been in on my wedding day.
